HOME VISITS

 

Patients are asked to only request a home visit if they are too unwell to attend the surgery. The receptionist will ask for some simple details in order to help the doctor assess the urgency.

 

Where possible patients are asked to contact the surgery before 10 am It may be necessary for a doctor to phone back prior to a visit being arranged.
