WELL WOMAN

· This clinic is run by our practice nurses on Thursdays between 5 and 6 pm.

 

· Appointments for cervical smears and HRT checks are sent out on a routine basis.

 

· All women between the ages of 20 and 60 years are encouraged to have regular cervical smears. Patients are asked to contact the surgery if they have any queries or anxieties.

WELL PERSON

 

· Patients are welcome to request an appointment with the practice nurse for advice on smoking, blood pressure, weight control, blood cholesterol and other lifestyle issues.

 

· Patients who have recently been registered with the practice are invited to attend for a short health check.
